Furthermore, of the 1,636 Part 135 accidents from the same time period, only two of those non-fatal accidents were attributable to Wyvern recommended operator aircraft. Conversely, when you look at just Part 135 accidents from April 2004 to April 2009, jets flying charter flights incurred seven fatal accidents and 32 fatalities; not one of those jet fatalities were on a Wyvern compliant flight.
